Custom TV Stands Built Around Your Screen
Plan the screen, equipment, cables and storage as one installation. Avrelahome develops custom TV stands and media walls through our design team and Foshan factory.
✓ Sized for your screen and wall ✓ Equipment access planned early ✓ Furniture and wall details reviewed together
Choose the Level of Integration Your Room Needs
A standalone lowboard, a floating cabinet and a full media wall solve different problems. The right format depends on the screen, wall construction, equipment and amount of storage the room must absorb.
Floating TV Units
Wall-mounted cabinets planned around screen width, wall structure, cable routes and comfortable clearance above the floor.
Full Media Walls
Built-in compositions that can combine a screen recess, closed storage, display shelves, panels and lighting details.
Lowboards
Freestanding or wall-aligned cabinets with equipment bays sized for consoles, receivers, routers and media accessories.
Corner TV Units
Made-to-measure units that work with angled walls or compact layouts where a standard rectangular cabinet will not fit.
Cabinet + Shelf Combos
Closed storage paired with open shelves when the wall needs both equipment concealment and room for selected objects.
Entertainment Centers
Larger installations that organize the screen, soundbar, gaming equipment, storage and display across one wall.
Six Details to Resolve Before the Cabinet Is Built
The cleanest media walls depend on decisions hidden behind the screen and inside the cabinet. These details affect viewing comfort, equipment performance and future access.
Screen Size and Viewing Height
The TV centerline should relate to the main seating position. Cabinet height and screen clearance follow from that viewing decision.
Wall Construction and Support
A floating cabinet needs an appropriate wall attachment strategy. Wall type and available support must be understood before dimensions are finalized.
Equipment Depth
Receivers, game consoles, routers and soundbars vary in depth. Internal dimensions are based on the actual equipment list and connectors.
Ventilation
Closed equipment bays need a path for heat to escape. Vent locations are planned without turning the cabinet front into a technical panel.
Cable and Service Access
Cables should disappear in normal use while remaining reachable when equipment changes. Removable panels and access points prevent avoidable dismantling.
Power and Lighting Coordination
Outlet positions, transformers, switches and optional shelf lighting need to be coordinated before panels and cabinet backs are produced.
Start with the Screen, Wall and Equipment List
Send the wall width and height, TV model or screen size, equipment list and a few room photos. Our team can identify the decisions needed before design development.
Approximate measurements and equipment references are enough for an initial review.
How a TV Wall Moves from Idea to Production
The design develops from the screen outward, with technical access and manufacturing details resolved before approval.
Document the Wall
Send approximate dimensions, photos, the TV model or size, seating position and any known outlet locations.
Map the Equipment
List the soundbar, consoles, receiver, router and other devices so bays, ventilation and cable routes can be planned.
Develop the Composition
Our designers establish screen placement, cabinet proportions, storage, panels, materials and lighting details.
Confirm Technical Details
Wall attachment, access panels, outlet positions, internal clearances and finish selections are documented for approval.
Manufacture and Prepare
The approved components move into production at our Foshan factory and are prepared according to the project and installation requirements.
Let the Media Wall Belong to the Room
The screen is already a strong black rectangle. Proportion, materials and surrounding storage determine whether it dominates the room or settles into the architecture.
Architectural Paneling
Wall panels and cabinet fronts organized on shared lines so the television reads as part of the elevation.
Warm Wood and Quiet Storage
Wood grain can soften the screen while closed storage keeps remotes, equipment and daily items out of view.
Low and Visually Light
A restrained floating unit can preserve wall space and floor visibility when the room does not need a full built-in.
Layered Materials
Stone, wood, lacquer, glass and metal details can be combined selectively, with lighting used to support depth rather than decorate every edge.
Four Rooms That Need Different Media Solutions
Screen size alone does not determine the cabinet. Architecture, equipment and the way the room is used change the brief.
A Full-Height Living-Room Wall
A screen recess, closed storage and selected display areas can be balanced across a large wall without filling every section.
A Compact Floating TV Unit
A wall-mounted cabinet keeps more floor visible while still providing a route for power, media cables and a small equipment bay.
A Multipurpose Guest-Room Unit
The television, luggage surface, minibar storage and desk functions may need to share one elevation without feeling crowded.
A Media Wall within a Whole-Home Plan
Proportions and material families can connect the TV wall with cabinetry and furniture elsewhere without repeating one finish.
Need the TV Wall to Connect with the Rest of the Room?
Avrelahome can develop the media unit alone or review it alongside living-room cabinetry, display storage and whole-home furniture.
Approximate measurements and equipment references are enough for an initial review.
Questions to Answer Before Approving a Custom TV Stand
Nine practical questions covering screen placement, wall support, equipment, ventilation, lighting and installation.
What information do you need to begin a custom TV stand?
How should TV height be determined?
Can a custom TV cabinet hide all cables?
How do you ventilate game consoles and AV equipment?
Can you coordinate a TV stand with existing cabinetry?
Can lighting be integrated into a media wall?
What must be checked before mounting a floating TV cabinet?
Can I order a TV stand without a full media wall?
What should be confirmed before the TV unit enters production?
