Quality Checklist
Quality Control Should Be a Checklist, Not a Slogan
For custom furniture and whole-house cabinetry, quality is easier to evaluate when each stage has a clear checklist. Avrelahome presents quality control as a practical review process: drawings, materials, edge finish, hardware fit, surface appearance and export packing.

Drawing Check
Confirm room dimensions, cabinet layout, door swing, appliance positions, opening direction and special site constraints before production.
Material Check
Confirm the selected board, finish, color, surface direction and hardware package. Public claims must match available documents.
Edge & Surface Review
Review visible edges, finish consistency, panel direction and obvious surface defects before packing.
Hardware Fit
Check hinges, runners, handles and accessories against the confirmed specification and installation drawings.
Packing Review
For export orders, room labels, item labels, packing lists and hardware bags should be organized clearly for the receiving team.
Client Confirmation
Clients can request project-specific documentation, photos or review notes when the order scope requires additional confirmation.
