Custom Order Policy

What forms the custom-order scope

• Signed quotation or sales contract identifying the legal buyer and seller.
• Approved product list, quantities and room allocation.
• Approved drawings, dimensions, opening directions and installation assumptions.
• Material, finish, color, hardware and sample references.
• Price inclusions and exclusions, payment milestones and delivery term.
• Packaging, documentation, installation and after-sales responsibilities.

Buyer approvals release the next stage

Production should not rely on informal reference images alone. The buyer is responsible for reviewing names, dimensions, quantities, finishes, appliance information and site conditions in the approval documents. Avrelahome should identify inconsistencies it notices, but approval does not replace accurate site information.

Changes require a written change order

A requested change is not accepted until its effect on price, material use, drawings and schedule is confirmed in writing. Once materials are purchased or production begins, some changes may be impossible or may require additional payment and time. Verbal requests and marked-up screenshots should be incorporated into a revised approved document.

Cancellation and deposits are stage-dependent

Custom products are made for a specific site and normally cannot be resold like standard inventory. The written quotation or contract must state:

• Whether a deposit is refundable before design or material work starts.
• Which design, sampling, procurement or production costs may be retained.
• Whether cancellation is available after production begins.
• How completed or partly completed goods, storage and freight are handled.

No fixed cancellation percentage is published here because it must match the actual order, legal seller and work already performed.

Samples and natural variation

Screen colors and photographs are not reliable finish standards. Approved physical samples, supplier codes or signed sample boards should be used where color and texture are important. Wood, veneer, stone, leather and other natural materials can vary; acceptable variation and panel-matching expectations should be written into the specification.

Which document takes priority

If website content conflicts with a signed quotation, approved drawing, sample, specification, change order or sales contract, the order-specific written documents take priority in the sequence stated by the contract. Website illustrations and estimated timelines are general information only.
